CONRAD WEAVER, CEO/ CO-FOUNDER

Conrad Weaver is a mission-driven filmmaker, entrepreneur, and speaker, and coach dedicated to strengthening leadership and wellness within the public safety community. As President & CEO of First Responder Wellness Solutions, LLC (FRWS) and founder of ConjoStudios, LLC, he brings more than two decades of storytelling experience and a deep passion for helping first responder agencies build healthier, more resilient cultures.

Conrad is the creator and producer of the acclaimed documentary PTSD911 and host of the First Responder Wellness Podcast, platforms through which he amplifies the voices and experiences of those who serve on the front lines. A John Maxwell Team Certified Speaker, trainer, and coach, he equips leaders with practical, actionable tools to inspire trust, improve organizational health, and strengthen team performance. His work spans leadership development, coaching, and workshop facilitation, as well as the design of comprehensive wellness programs tailored for public safety agencies.

Beyond filmmaking and speaking, Conrad is known for producing high-impact events—including documentary screenings, conferences, and mastermind groups—that drive awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and create measurable outcomes.

Through FRWS, Conrad’s mission is clear: to equip first responder leaders to lead better, live healthier, and create strong, resilient teams that thrive under pressure.

GARY MILLER, COO/ CO-FOUNDER

Gary Miller serves as the Chief Operating Officer of First Responder Wellness Solutions, bringing more than 28 years of senior sales, operations, and partnership-building experience to the organization. With a distinguished career in the Christian publishing and media industry, Gary has led high-performing teams, driven multimillion-dollar growth, and cultivated strong relationships across magazine advertising, radio advertising, and major event sales. His ability to build trust, create strategic pathways, and execute with excellence has made him an invaluable leader in every organization he has served.

At FRWS, Gary combines his operational expertise with a deep personal passion for helping first responders thrive. He is driven by a genuine respect for the men and women who serve and a strong belief in FRWS’s mission to equip leaders, strengthen agency cultures, and improve wellness system-wide. Gary plays a central role in expanding the reach of FRWS programs, supporting agency partnerships, and ensuring that every initiative delivers meaningful and measurable impact.

Outside of his professional life, Gary treasures time with his wife of more than 37 years. Together, they’ve raised two adult children who are now pursuing their own dreams. Whether boating, riding motorcycles, fishing, or simply spending time outdoors, Gary and his wife are always ready for their next adventure—especially when it means being outside together.

DR. PHIL BAQUIE

Dr. Philip Raymond Baquie is the founder of Tradecraft Leadership Group, where he equips leaders in high-risk professions to perform under pressure, communicate clearly, and build resilient team cultures. A former military, law enforcement, and private security professional with operational experience in 39 countries, he blends psychological expertise, human performance research, and real-world leadership to help teams make informed decisions when it matters most.

He has trained elite units including Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol, and developed the Presilience and Human Factors Leadership frameworks used to strengthen communication, accountability, and decision-making.

Phil is a Doctor of Psychology, studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Harvard, and served more than seven years as CEO of Alpha 6 Tactical Solutions, overseeing global security operations and leading 500+ training sessions for federal and special operations teams. He also contributed to an upcoming book on first responder leadership and appears in the award-winning documentary PTSD911 as a subject-matter expert on trauma and performance.

CHRISTINA BOTT

Christina Bott is an independent consultant specializing in content creation, curriculum development, education, and training focused on mental and physical health and wellness. With subject matter expertise in supporting first responders, veterans, and seriously mentally ill (SMI) populations, she has extensive management and clinical experience in mental health programs, counseling, forensic issues, research, and policy development.

As former Director of Public Safety and Health Care Initiatives at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), she led the development of flagship programs including NAMI Frontline Wellness—for public safety and healthcare professionals—and NAMI Hearts+Minds, which educates on the nexus of physical and mental health. Christina created specialized curricula and peer support training for law enforcement, fire and EMS, emergency physicians, and their families. Her experience also includes pioneering crisis intervention training and response strategies for law enforcement.

She holds an M.A. in Forensic Psychology, and is passionate about bridging mental and physical health and wellness through innovative education and programming.

KEVIN BARNHILL

Kevin Barnhill brings a distinctive blend of faith leadership, frontline public-safety experience, and clinical expertise to the field of first responder mental health and wellness. After graduating high school early and completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in three years, he pursued formal ministry training and served as a pastor for nine and a half years. He later transitioned into public safety, serving three years as a corrections officer and completing a 28-year law enforcement career, retiring at the rank of sergeant.

Throughout his law enforcement service, Kevin held a wide range of operational and instructional roles, including D.A.R.E. officer, motorcycle officer, background investigator, and instructor in police and civilian driving, defensive tactics, firearms, CPR, de-escalation, and behavioral health awareness. He also served as a SWAT team hostage negotiator and received specialized training in forensic interviewing.

Kevin is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a clinical mental health focus, EMDR-certified, and formally trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for both individual and group interventions. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an adjunct professor at a local college and as an instructor at a police academy, contributing to the education and development of future public-safety professionals.

He is also a veteran of the United States Navy Reserve, having served with the Seabees (Construction Battalion – Builder).

Kevin’s professional mission is to help first responders navigate trauma, identity, and life transitions with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
