No. This cohort is built for leaders across the first responder spectrum: police, sheriff's deputies, fire, EMS, dispatch, and corrections. The frameworks apply to anyone leading people through high-stakes work in a public safety culture.

Six 90-minute live sessions over 6 weeks. Plus a small bi-weekly action — usually one specific conversation or behavior shift — between sessions. Total active time is roughly 12–15 hours across the program. The action between sessions is where the actual change happens.

Because first responders work shifts, not 9-to-5s. A 14-day window gives you breathing room to actually apply what you're learning before the next session. Weekly works for office workers. It doesn't work for the people we built this for.

Most of the leaders we've worked with would tell you they aren't either. This isn't soft skills training. It's a discussion-heavy mastermind for people who lead under pressure — built around frameworks you can use on your next shift, not buzzwords you'll forget by Friday.
